You can also take a print out of the Registration Form and mail it to us to the address mentioned below :-

• You may send in your recent photograph with your full name in the back of the photo. This facility is optional and is provided free of cost.
  You can click here to send your photograph. You can also Register without photograph as there is no compulsion. In case you would like your Conact details to be kept confidential, kindly mention it. In such an event, you would be alloted a code number and we would mail you the responses and this is also a free service for you.
